The terms of service has not been published yet. Until it is, this page is the whole of it — nothing here is a binding document, and nothing has been written on anybody's behalf.

In the meantime, what the panel actually does is short enough to say plainly: it signs you in with Discord, reads the servers you are on the support team of, and stores your account name, avatar and email address so it can show them back to you. It does not post anything as you.
